I found serving women during pregnancy and birth after attending college. In college I was on a pre-med track and developed an interest in functional health. This interest alongside my experience in caregiving for over two years led me to find my calling in birth work after my sister faced a challenging first pregnancy and birth.

I developed compassion for her and many other women who did or will have similar experiences. I am honored to help women achieve their personalized birth goals in one of life’s most sacred moments. Two of my greatest passions are serving people and understanding the human body. Both of these passions come out as I apply truths about women and the natural process of birth in my doula services.
